Whatever holiday you celebrate at this time of year, it’s one of love and family and peace. Let us all do our best to be open, kind, and loving. And forgiving — we all need forgiveness at one time or another. And know that forgiving others allows us to drop a huge burden in ourselves. Let us listen with our hearts rather than our heads. Our time on this beautiful planet is way too short to waste in anger, hatred, and sorrow. I don’t remember where I read this, but it’s so true: “Be kind.
